Terms and Conditions for Updating Your Profile

By updating your profile or listing you agree to be bound by our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and these additional terms and conditions:

1. You affirm and warrant that you are submitting updates for your own profile, or if you are making updates on behalf of another health professional, you have obtained all necessary consents and authorisations from such health professional to submit such updates;

2. You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information or data that you submit;

3. You represent and warrant that you shall comply with all applicable competition laws, regulations, and codes of practice including but not limited to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) ("Competition Laws"). You further undertake not to engage in any form of anti-competitive behaviour, including but not limited to price-fixing, market sharing, or any other conduct that could infringe upon applicable Competition Laws;

4. You shall promptly inform Zable Health if you become aware of any potential or actual breaches of Competition Laws in connection with the use of the Zable platform by you, your clinic, practice or any third party.

5. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zable Health, its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs (including reasonable legal fees), and expenses arising from or in connection with any breach of these terms and conditions or any violation of applicable Competition Laws by you, or any allegations thereof.

6. In the event that Zable Health suspects that you have engaged in conduct that is anti-competitive or violates applicable Competition Laws, Zable Health reserves the right to take any necessary steps to ensure compliance with Competition Laws, including but not limited to, reporting such conduct to the relevant authorities and suspending or terminating your right to use the Zable platform.
